Unintentional background music copyright infringement?

I want to post some videos of myself working out on my blog and website. The problem is there is music blaring from the speakers in the gym I workout out in. The music is quite loud and you can clearly hear the lyrics in the videos. Would I be running the risk of copyright infringement if I posted these videos?
