My dad hurts me and my grandparents i get s scared iwant to tell the cops but im scared what should i do?

hey my dad hits me basicly dose any thing that can hurt. Me I want to go to the cops but if i do hel just hurt me more.I try to stay away from him but he always finds me.WHAT SHOULD I DO
