Why do people hate deathmetal?

i love it.i listen to it no matter the mood, i even blare it in my car with the windows down. why do people hate it when they have never given it a chance. i only started listening to it 8 years ago when i started playing drums, and never have turned my back on it. the meaning behind it is more than it sounds. My favorite band is definately For Today, their music is amazing. whydo you love/hate it??
