What would a second big Middle-Eastern war look like in Israel?

If Israel ever used its atomic weapons in anger or retaliation it would spell their doom . Even America is their only ally would never stand for that not to mention Russia, Britain ,France or Germany . If Iran joined in together with Egypt, the Lebanon, Syria and possibly even Turkey I would not like to be living in Israel when it happened.
