At&t paperless billing question?

Sign in online at att.com and then when your account is active, click the part that says, I do not want paperless billing. It might be that your grandparents signed up for paperless billing to pay their bills online. Check with them first. If all of this fails, call AT&T and let them know that you want to change to paper billing.
