Transfer Games From Another Computer?

Ok so I have my Dragon Age Orgins on my Grandoparents computer. And I need to bring over my current game on theirs and put it on my computer so I don't have to play it all the time at my grandparents and I can have it with me. Is their a way I can bring files over from their computer to mine. I'm half way through Dragon age and so I can't just restart the game. So if you could please please please help :)
