I have Insomnia and I've had it for a couple years now. People tell me I should turn my TV off. The problem is I grew up with my TV on at night and I can't sleep without it on. I'm also leaving for camp on Sunday (first time EVER going to camp [Very freaked too]) and I'm going to have trouble at night. What can I do to sleep better for now at home and what can I do when I'm at camp?
