Yesterday night I slept from 10-7 AM & mowed my grandparents lawn & cleaned their house. I got home around 12 PM, & slept until 5 PM. Last night I went to bed at 11 PM & slept until 3:30 AM. It's now 6:08 AM & I'm wide awake. Should I have slept more last night or is it normal to feel rested since I had a nap?
