How is the best way i can prepare my daughter for kindergarten?

my 5 yr old daughter starts kindergarten in 2 months. i am a stay at home mom since she was born with her. is there any ways that i can prepare her for her first day of kindergarten when i won't be there to help her with anything she needs, meaning like to get her ready for what to expect? for the most part she has no problem spending the night at her cousin's house or with her grandparents. i just want to make the transition for her as easy as possible. thanks a bunches.
