How can i relieve my sore muscles from running 26 km in 24 hours?

So i had this challenge yesterday and this mroning that consisted of running like a maniac... We slept in a bus too so my positioning didnt exactly help. I just took a 5h nap and my legs already hurt a lot and im walking funny in consequence of the pain. Im scared to wake up tomorrow morning haha its going to hurt so bad. Is here anyhing i can do to help myself even just a little bit? Any advice?
