How can I get my roommate evicted or to leave?- She is on the lease.?

I have this roommate who does not clean up after herself. She also is very inconsiderate of not only myself but for people in our building. We live on the second floor and signed a one year lease beg of Feb. When I came home from work tonite my roommate was blaring her music with the window wide open at 10,11pm. - I could hear it getting out of my car. When I went inside I shut the window and said it was very loud outside. She then flung the window back open and said she didn't care, roughly an hour later she took her music to her room and started blaring it there and I'm sure our neighbors downstairs don't appreciate it very much considering they're trying to sleep right below her bedroom. There are several damages around this apartment from her that our landlord will not be very happy about. We got into a confrontation about a month ago and we hardly speak now. She told me she was moving out in June, but I highly doubt it. Right after we first moved in, we had a little get together and this ex-girlfriend of one of our guests called the police for a noise complaint and our landlord told us another noise complaint and we are evicted. I don't want to loose this place myself, but I would just like my roommate to go. Is there anyway I can get her evicted? I have pictures of damages she's caused, video of the loud music late at night with the window open. How would I go about telling my landlord this, without getting myself evicted?
